The staff was so friendly and made me feel right at home. They even organized a free city tour and dinner for guests. The shared spaces and bathrooms were clean and well-maintained. My twin room with two single beds was perfect and comfortable. Plus, the location was great - close to all the famous sites and delicious food options. I highly recommend this hostel for an enjoyable stay in Madrid.

I recently stayed at Hostel One in Madrid for a week during my tour of Europe. Out of all the hostels I've stayed in around the world, this is hands down the best. The staff, including Laia, Fabio, Matias, Caroline, and Chavez. They even helped us celebrate my son's birthday after we had checked out. The location is great, with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby, and the hostel offers fun daily activities. The free breakfast and dinner were a bonus, and the facilities were always clean. I cannot recommend this hostel enough!

    Couldn't recommend more this hotel.

The hostel offered a wide range of activities throughout the day, ensuring that there was never a dull moment. From morning until late at night, there was always something fun to do. The staff at the hostel were extremely friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome and at home during my stay. One of the best aspects of my experience was the free dinner provided by the hostel. It was great to have a meal included and it saved me money on eating out.

The rooms were a bit on the small side, which made it a bit cramped. However, this was a minor inconvenience considering the affordable price of the hostel.

I had an incredible experience staying at this hostel during my Christmas holiday. The staff were so welcoming and gave me great recommendations for things to do in the city. The cleanliness of the dorm rooms was top-notch, and the beds were comfortable with plenty of storage space. I also loved the social atmosphere of the hostel, with opportunities to join free tours and participate in group activities.

There were a couple of things that could be improved. It would have been nice if all the beds had curtains for more privacy, and it would also be helpful to have more hooks in the shower rooms for hanging clothes or towels.

I had such an amazing time at this hostel. The atmosphere was so friendly and inclusive, making it easy to meet new people from all over the world. One thing that really stood out to me was the daily activities they offered, such as walking tours and family dinners. It made my stay here truly unforgettable. Although they didn't offer a full breakfast, they did provide coffee, tea, fruits. The staff were so helpful and made me feel right at home. The hostel was clean and organized, with a lift that was a lifesaver for my heavy luggage. I would definitely recommend this wonderful hostel for anyone visiting Madrid.

We had an amazing stay at this exceptional hostel! The central location made it easy for us to explore the city, with the metro and a shopping street just a short walk away. The hostel itself was clean and tidy, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always available to answer any questions. We loved the social atmosphere, with free dinners and activities like pub crawls and walking tours. The option to use the common facilities even after checking out was a great added bonus. we got more than we expected for a very reasonable price. We highly recommend this hostel for anyone visiting Madrid.

Great value for money with clean and comfortable rooms. The location was perfect and the staff treated me like family.

The breakfast experience could have been improved with more variety of options.

The staff at this hostel were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always going above and beyond to make sure their guests were taken care of. They offered free breakfast and dinner, which was a great way to save some money while also enjoying delicious meals. the hostel had a great location, close to all the main attractions and within walking distance of everything we wanted to see.

The rooms at this hostel were not well soundproofed, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. The noise from outside and other guests was quite loud and disruptive, especially if you're a light sleeper.

I got incredible value for my money at this hostel. The room was spotlessly clean and had a spacious locker for my belongings, making me feel very safe. The location was perfect, and the staff treated me like family, giving me great recommendations and organizing fun activities and social events every day.

The hotel breakfast could use a wider variety of options.
